4. Refunds: After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to appear in your account. You will receive a notification email once the refund has been processed.
5. Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged. In such cases, we will cover the return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
